On 10 April, the German shipowner, BBC Chartering opened its first office for the Iberian Peninsula market in Bilbao. This subsidiary of the world specialist in projects and heavy-lift loads, known as BBC Iberia, begins its activity with the support of Marmedsa Noatum and aspires to become a reference for the market in the Peninsula, where the Port of Bilbao is one of the main platforms in the business.
BBC Chartering has 28 offices throughout the world and covers the main international routes with a fleet of 150 multipurpose
vessels equipped to lift up to 800 tonnes using their own means.
