Port accessThe Port of Bilbao welcomes the first ferry of the new Brittany Ferries service operating between Bilbao and the Irish port of Rosslare, south of Dublin.
The new route for freight and passengers will be serviced by the 187-metre long vessel “Kerry” and will run twice a week from Rosslare, a port on the south-east coast of Ireland, to the Port of Bilbao. Sailings from Bilbao will depart on Thursdays at 18.45 and Sundays at 12 noon, whereas departures from Rosslare will be on Wednesdays at 11.00 and Fridays at 23.30.
This new service is a further addition to the five Brittany Ferries sailings which already leave the Port of Bilbao every week, operating between Bilbao and the UK ports of Portsmouth and Poole.
